When making a booking, we request full name, nationality, ID (DNI) or passport number, date of birth, dietary restrictions, emergency contact and medical information relevant to the safe operation of the service. We also collect the contact details that users voluntarily provide when writing to us (name, email address, WhatsApp number).

The data is used exclusively to manage the booking, coordinate the operation of the service (including entry permits to protected natural areas where applicable), answer inquiries and, when the user expressly authorizes it, send information about our services.

Identification data, emergency contact and medical information are mandatory in order to operate the service safely; without them the booking cannot be confirmed. All other data is optional.

Payment gateway (Culqi), to process the payment for the booking; WhatsApp Business, to confirm availability and coordinate the operation of the service.

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) by writing to info@apuaventura.pe. These requests are handled within the deadlines set by the Regulations of Law No. 29733: 8 business days for the right of access/information, and 10 business days for rectification, cancellation and opposition.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and, once the service has ended, for the legal limitation period applicable to possible claims, unless a regulation requires keeping it for longer.

Apu Aventura adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse.
